The healing power of the strawberry
So I was very surprised when I went strawberries as a candidate for the list. The idea of eating strawberries, to help purify the body, was new to me. But little research has shown thatStrawberries contain more vitamin C and helps remove harmful free radicals from blood! In my book, nothing to eat or grass, is that all potentially toxic substances from the body as a detoxifying agent.
Free radicals are the product of any type of meat or charbroiling food, and are also byproducts of metabolic processes in the body. They are characterized by high levels of antioxidants, as present in combat citrus, green vegetables and fruits such as strawberries. Strawberries also contain bioflavonoids, which minimize the effects of free radicals and support the immune system.

Strawberry Dessert
Ingredients:
1 pound strawberries, coarsely chopped
1 cup Silken Tofu
1 / 2 grated orange peel outer
1 tsp. Honey
Drain and tofu in a blender or food processor. Add the strawberries, honey and orange peel and process until smooth. Spoon dessert dishes, a refrigerator for 20 minutes, enjoy!
