Super Food Recipes – Two recipes healthy and delicious

Many types of food available to food and food stores can now be as "super foods". Typical foods include certain types of super vegetables (such as spirulina, chlorella and algae), herbs, antioxidants, algae, essential fatty acids, probiotics, are energy, extensions and enzymes called superfoods correctly. Recipe # 1: Billy Nuggets

Ingredients: Raw> Pens chocolate, hemp seeds, cold pressed coconut peppermint oil, agave nectar, spirulina superfood powder based herbal extract-Pharm. Equipment needed: bowl, mix happen.

Mix dry ingredients:

– 2 cups chocolate pens

– 2 cups hemp seeds

– 2 tablespoons powdered superfood spirulina-based

Add:

– 4.3 cup agave nectar

– Add 3.4 cup of coconut oil

– Add 20 drops of peppermint extract herb pharm

Mix well and refrigerated atleast one hour. Then with a spoon scoop mixture and form into balls with your fingers by one inch. Roll in the cup hemp seeds (Hint: add coconut oil to reduce attack on his fingers). Nuggets in the refrigerator for one hour or more. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe # 2: Billy's Raw Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients: raw chocolate pens, hemp seeds, agave nectar, spirulina-based superfood powder and water. Equipment needed: Vita-Prep (or equivalent) Blender

Blend 8Oz raw cocoa nib in a blender until the mixture into a powder and start to get sticky bears in the structure, then add 2 cups of boiling water and stir for a minute.

Then add:

– 4.3 cup agave nectar

– 2 cups hemp seeds

– 1 tablespoon of spirulina superfood powder-based catalyst for the effects of chocolate

Add more water needed to keep mixing and mixing again for one minute more. Pour into a glass bowl and refrigerate for up to two hours. ServedEnjoy! Note: If you use a conventional blender, using about half the quantity of ingredients listed above mixture and twice as long
