Super Food Recipes – 2 healthy and tasty dishes

Many types of food according to food and health food stores can now be called "super food". Recipe # 1: Billy's Nuggets

Ingredients: Raw> Penne chocolate, hemp seeds, cold pressed coconut oil, agave nectar, spirulina powder-based super food, herbs peppermint extract Pharm. Equipment needed: bowl, mix a tablespoon.

Mix dry ingredients:

– Styli 2 cups of chocolate

– 2 cups hemp seeds

– 2 tablespoons of spirulina-powder-based super foods

Add:

– 3rd / 4 cup agave nectar

– In 3 / 4 cup coconut oil

– Add 20 drops of peppermint extract the grass Pharm

F / 8Oz first cocoa nibs in a blender until the mixture is a powder and begins to rubbery consistency, then 2 cups of hot water and add the mixture in a minute.

Then add:

– 3rd / 4 cup agave nectar

– 2 cups hemp seeds

– 1 tablespoon of spirulina powder-based super foods to catalyze the effects of chocolate

Add more water if necessary to preserve the mixture and blend again for a minute longer. Pour into a glass dish and refrigerate to set for two hours. Servedand enjoy! Note: If you use a normal blender using about half the quantity of ingredients above and stir at least twice as long
