Sock dispensation healthy: What's on your shelf?

I like to cook and I'm addicted to cooking shows. Many cooking shows emhasize the pantry well stocked, but few emphasize the healthy pantry, a small store with low salt, low fat foods. Although the contents of my pantry varies with the season, I always healthy food on hand. I believe that these foods should be considered when planning meals. The food is divided into categories and I scored on the shelves. What's in my pantry?

Sugar free mousse mix (chocolate and vanilla)

Yellow Cake Mix

With a healthy pantry helps me to prepare healthy meals. For meals healthier, I also buy fruit and vegetables in season. I told you that in my pantry. What's in?
