Secret Chili Restaurant Recipe – Three Bean Enchilada Chili

1 cup (or to taste) Monterrey Jack or cheddar cheese, shredded
1 / 2 cup (orto taste) green onions, chopped Instructions:
3-4 liters of oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add the meat and cook until it begins to Brown

3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon ground oregano
2 tablespoons chili powder (Ancho chili powder, if you have it)
1 tablespoon tomato paste (sometimes useTaco Sauce)
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
1st / 2 teaspoon white pepper
1 / 4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
4 cups beef broth Directions:
Heat oil and fry the bacon fat or lard in a saucepan over low heat and add the garlic, oregano, flour and golden color
Simmer Add chili powder, 1 cup of broth, tomato paste and 2-3 minutes
