Proscuitto and baked Brie with Apple Butter

When I went to Italy, I fell in love with prosciutto di Parma. When I need to look at Africa, I knew I had to act. This recipe has two passions.

1 loaf of crusty bread

4 tablespoons butter, softened

1 cup Amish Family Recipes "Johnny's Apple Butter

16 thin slices prosciutto, about 1 / 4 pounds

2 pears and apples, cut into thin slices

£ 1 Brie, cut into thin slices

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Virgin olive oil, to drizzle

HeatPreheat oven to 450 degrees F. Cut 16 (1/2-inch thick) slices of bread. Butter both sides of bread slices and place in a baking dish. Apple Butter Spread 1 tablespoon of Johny's on each disc. Top with 1 slice of prosciutto and 3 or 4 slices of pear or apple. Experience the intersection with Brie slices, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with the olive oil. Cooking until the cheese is melted, about 8 to 10 minutes.

Serve on a plate garnished with fresh parsley or tryeach plate 3 to a plate, garnish with fresh parsley. This recipe calls for six to eight servings, so make sure you have enough.
