Low Carb Dessert Ideas
No matter how important health is, you may find it difficult to resist sweet desserts. I think a key success factor, if you your diet and try to limit your carbohydrate intake, with some alternatives that are healthier than your normal selection of desserts. For example, I often eat dark chocolate than I should, but to my old habit of 200 grams of milk chocolate than I eat food now, 100 grams of dark chocolate. Though dark> Chocolate contains sugar, it is still a much better option than 200 grams of milk chocolate. I would say dark chocolate is a healthy dessert, stop when you are able, before eating all the chocolate, as I do too often. It is therefore not only eat healthy meals, always have, but also about eating healthy amounts.
Three quick low carb dessert suggestions
The chocolate should contain at least 70% cocoa, but the darker the better, since thedark chocolate has less sugar.
1) berries with whipped cream
This is my all time favorite dessert. It's easy and delicious. Lowest raspberries are rich in carbohydrates.
2) Chocolate Whipped Cream
Melt dark chocolate. Cream. Mix chocolate with whipped cream and some shredded orange peel. Put it in your refrigerator.
3) chocolate covered strawberries
Dip your strawberries into melted chocolate. Set the strawberries aside untilThe chocolate contains.
These are just a few quick suggestions. There are many low carb dessert alternatives. Some other favorites include homemade chocolate mousse, ice cream and cheese cake. A dessert is not to be too high in sugar, eat pleasantly.
