Bihn Liebfraumilch 2005 of 9.7% of alcohol $ 7.50

We begin with an indication of marketing materials. Tasting notes of straw, flowers, green apple aroma and flavor with a hint of spice, dry and lightweight body
Serving brunch buffet and cuisine, quiche, salmon mousse.

My association with a salad of baby spinach firstTomatoes, feta, olives and California. The wine was light and fruity (Appley) and pleasant, but weak and short.

The next tasting involved cold grilled chicken salad with cucumber and onion and potato salad. Once again, the wine was light and fruity, but this time of medium length. It cut the fat boy.

The last meal consisted of a cake broccoli and cover with olive oil, Parmesan (baked with the cake, even later). The wine was light, refreshing andslightly sweet. This sweetness is not colliding with the salt and quiche. I finished the glass with an el cheapo chocolate ice cream sandwich. The wine was a little 'honey.

The first cheese from France with a French goat cheese was really resembled a Camembert. The wine was fruity and slightly sweet. So I tried to Liebfraumilch with a Swiss Gruyere. The wine was round and slightly acidic. Ok.

Verdict. Liebfraumilch this is never really somethingfood, but only a taste unpleasant, if not liquid, washing food down too. If your good enough for you, is a bargain, in spite of a past some 'dubious. Wine is poured on some food products every day. And I can not do all the wines over time. Liebfraumilch sometimes more or less fill the bill. I'm going to buy it again. But I'm sure when and where needed.
