Homemade TNT Taco Seasoning Mix

Survivalist campers and are always looking for different foods, for a long life and does not require any special storage conditions. I welcome in particular the different mixtures made at home, where all you need to do is add a can of this or a can of it. I have such a mix, I would keep it contained for use in emergency situations.

I have all my own taco seasoning spices, chili pepper and other dry mixes and could never understand why anyone would spend a lot of salt in a mixture of spices. IfThe use of salt in a mixture to be kept to a minimum and do not use sea salt or kosher salt if you use it. If you are on a diet low in sodium, you can use some celery seed or dried soil instead of celery salt and still have the salty taste without sodium. I have this mix without the use of salt when you add the cheese and taco sauce, are the effect of salt content in products.

Here is a recipe for a great taco seasoning ismix.

1 / 4 cup instant minced onion

2 tablespoons chili powder

2 teaspoons paprika

2 tsp dried chilli

1 1 / 2 teaspoon dried oregano

1 / 2 teaspoon dried oregano

1 / 4 teaspoon pepper

2 teaspoons cornstarch

1 teaspoon instant minced garlic

1 teaspoon ground cumin

Place all the ingredients above in a glass beaker liter, and then shake the pan vigorously so that the ingredients are mixed well. Put a label on the glassand store in a cool dry place. The final blend is the last time for about six months. This is a six pack, consisting of about 2 tablespoons of each. Two tablespoons equal the same as a commercial 1.25 ounces package that you buy in a grocery store.

When you are ready to fill the browning a pound of lean beef in a large pan and begin heating. When the meat is fully cooked drain off the fat. Then add water 1 / 2 cup and 2 tablespoons of your readyTNT Taco Seasoning Mix. When the mixture after boiling, reduce heat and then cover the pot. Simmer for ten minutes, stirring from time to time may be. That should be enough to fill about 10 tacos taco seasoning.
