Chicken Caesar Salad and a Chocolate Dessert Make an Easy Warm Weather Meal

With the long hot days of summer comes the desire for lighter, cooler foods for family celebrations. Those two recipes will contribute to this task is not in your life. Grape Caesar Salad

3 cups seedless grapes, halved
1 / 2 cup grated Swiss cheese
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2-3 cups cooked, chopped chicken breast

1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, soft
2 / 3 cup sugar
1 / 3 cup baking cocoa
1 / 4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 biscuit or chocolate cookie crust (9 inch)
