20-Year-Old Recipe For French Chocolate Silk Squares

I believe this recipe comes from an edition of 1989, Woman's Day Magazine, but I can not be sure. It was listed in the "Healthy Eating", because it has 1 1 / 2 tablespoons of oat bran in each square. Each square has 188 calories, 4 grams protein, 26 g carbohydrates, 9 g fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 130 mg sodium. That's pretty good numbers for a dessert! This is great for family dinners, employee, holiday gifts, bake sales, church potluck, etc. Who does not love the idea of> Chocolate and healthy in one? Enter this French Chocolate Silk pitches and try to see today how good chocolate can be healthy and together!
